Is advertised range guaranteed?
No. Range depends on assistance, terrain, temperature, load, tire pressure and riding habits. A maximum advertised range should not be used as a guaranteed round-trip distance.
Can I use any charger with the bike?
Use only the charger specified for the exact battery and bicycle. A matching plug alone does not establish compatibility. Follow the supplied manual for charging and storage.
Does a folding bike fit in any vehicle?
